  With over 20 years of professional expertise in the government and non-government sectors specializing in policy shaping and development, informing diplomatic efforts, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. Experienced in stabilization, political transitions, climate security, and program design and management. 

Expertise in providing strategic direction, conducting research, and influencing U.S. foreign policy. Skilled in representing diplomatic missions, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and leading flagship peacebuilding projects. Holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins University. 

Author of a forthcoming book on state and insurgency social contracts. During her career, she has served as a senior advisor to Special Operation Command Forward – Central Africa, was seconded to the Southern Sudanese government, spearheaded interagency stabilization efforts in U.S. Missions throughout Africa, and led U.S. flagship peacebuilding projects.
